Hi, I’m Hillary!

I’m an artistic and crafty soul and my favorite medium to create with is hair. I’ve lived and worked as a stylist in Lincoln for over ten years, after graduating from Capitol School of Hairstyling in Omaha where I grew up. I’ve been with Serenity since 2017. My husband Emry and I have rooted our little family here and I love being a small business owner in a town I care so much for and that has so much to offer. 

I specialize in custom colors, blonding, men’s grooming, hair reconstruction, scalp care, and wedding and formal event styling. I’ve worked on over a hundred weddings in the past five years and have curated a wedding day system to expedite hair services and relieve the bride and wedding party of any wedding day stresses. I love learning all new coloring and blonding trends and techniques and participate in classes multiple times a year to stay up to date. I currently use Paul Mitchell and Redken color and keep Kevin Murphy and Leaf&Flower products stocked for retail and backbar needs. 

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m chasing around my two boys and our pup Sullivan with my husband. We love hiking, strolling the farmers market and just hanging at home binge watching our favorite shows or working in our yard.
